I was wondering if there are any unspoken rules about how to provide help without giving the game away.
I've seen threads on etiquette in asking for help, but not giving it.

Obviously isn't a big no no to just say the answer, but where is the boundary?

I've made my first 'helpful' post in the Worried Eyewitness thread, but didn't know if it's format was acceptable.

Assume it was okay... unless it disappeared  Evil

Most subtle hints towards the method are perfectly fine... but not hints which lead directly to the answer Wink
